The Irish Diaspora Loan Fund (IDLF)

For this programme, I am thrilled to be collaborating with the Irish Diaspora Loan Fund.

The IDLF offers our clients a low-risk investment fund, through its senior debt fund. The fund is authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. They received their authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland in 2015. It was the first fund of its kind, established with the sole purpose of giving clients a low-risk, regulated tool to qualify for Ireland’s Immigration Investment Programme (IIP).

To meet the requirements of the IIP, the IDLF provide senior, SECURED loans to existing, long-established Irish businesses, to improve their existing facilities and create additional local jobs.  The fund has a 100% approval rating for all its investors, so you rest assured that your immigration application and your investment are in safe hands.
